Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 clear days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to justify your decision or pay a penalty.

How do I request a return or cancellation?

Log in to your customer account to view your orders and submit a return or cancellation request directly. You can also contact us by email at calmea.fr@gmail.com before the deadline expires.

Return conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless stated otherwise.

Refund

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment, via the payment method used for the original purchase.
