Terms of sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products through the website calmeaa.fr between Hugo BETTI, sole trader, and any consumer or business customer.

Article 2 — Price

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. Calmeaa reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

Article 3 — Order

An order is confirmed once these Terms of Sale are accepted and full payment is received. A confirmation email is sent to the customer once the order is validated.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made online at the time of ordering, using the payment methods available on the site.

Article 5 — Delivery

Products are shipped from our partner suppliers. Estimated delivery time is 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. This timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on the destination.

In the event of a significant delay, the customer may contact customer service at calmea.fr@gmail.com.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 clear days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, with no need to justify their decision or pay a penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to calmea.fr@gmail.com before the deadline expires. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment.

Article 7 — Legal warranties

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), at no extra cost to the customer.

Article 8 — Personal data

Data collected when placing an order is used solely to process that order. In accordance with the GDPR, customers have the right to access, correct, and delete their data by writing to calmea.fr@gmail.com.

Article 9 — Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer may refer the matter to the competent court.
